On November 27, 2024, the final conference of the PRODIGY project was held in Ostrava, Czech Republic. The event was organized by Handy Club Ostrava, z.s., with the support of the Czech National Disability Council. The conference, titled “”Employment of People with Disabilities in the Context of Workplace Safety,”” addressed key issues surrounding disability employment, workplace safety and inclusion of people with disabilities into companies\u2018 emergency plans.<\/p>

The conference was hosted at the premises of the Moravian-Silesian Region, featuring valuable contributions from key Czech partners, including the Czech National Disability Council, the Czech Labour Office, and social enterprise Spir\u00e1la z.s., who showcased their initiatives aligned with the conference theme. Additionally, international project partners from Poland (SAN, FRAME), Greece (SIGMA, Realiscape), Italy (PRISM), and Cyprus (EUGENE) shared their experiences and insights into the implementation and outcomes of the project across Europe.<\/p>

The event was attended by 42 participants, comprising organizers, representatives of partner organizations, and other stakeholders. On Saturday, November 30, 2024, PRISM Impresa Sociale hosted inSan Cataldo (CL) the Italian Multiplier Event for the PRO.D.I.G.Y(Promoting Disability Inclusion in Emergency Response in the Worldof Work) project. On November 23rd, FRAME organized a promotional event about the PRODIGY project. Itt was held in Podd\u0119bice, a town ca 30 km out of Lodz, in Central Poland. The event took place in Educational Center PRYMUS. There were representants of many different organziations: governmental, NGO as well as many social workers, dealing with people with disabilities.<\/p>
